Frequently asked questions

What is your returns policy? If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt. Please send us a message through the Contact Us page saying you wish to return an item. We will then send you an email with the return details. Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging and tags still attached, suitable for re -sale. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. If the item is faulty, please state the issue in a note with the package. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We do advise you to use a tracking service when you send returns back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back. We strongly advise , when trying on items that you make sure perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc do not leave marks or scents on the items. We will not accept the return of used or soiled items. We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your items. This does not affect your statuary rights .

How do I contact you? You can contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ button at the top of the page. This will take you to a contact form where you can fill in your details and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or amend my order? We are very quick at processing orders so that you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click ‘confirm and pay’ but after this point you will be unable to amend or cancel your order. In such case you can however, return the item to us in accordance with our returns procedure.

Can I use more than 1 discount code on my order? Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.
